Patient Experience Assistant – Must Love Kids

Busy bi-specialty pediatric dentistry/orthodontic practice seeks a positive, energetic team-oriented Patient Experience Assistant.  You will be the face of the practice or all patients and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive. You should be able to handle both positive and negative feedback well and give accurate information. A customer-first approach is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task gracefully and get along well with our wonderful team. Experience in a medical or dental field/office is preferred. Are you ready to join our team?

Responsibilities:

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable

• Greet and welcome guests

• Answer questions and address complaints

• Answer all incoming calls in a positive welcoming manner

• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

• Keep updated records and files

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

• Preferred medical or dental office experience

• Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

• Proficient in English (oral and written)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Problem-solving skills

• Customer service oriented

• High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
